As you may know, the Grainery recently reduced the number of hours that members are required to work from 8 to 6 per month. As a result, the Grainery is considering changing scheduled shift times at the store to accommodate shifts of different lengths.
Pat, Deb, and Amanda have designed a brief survey to gather feedback from current, past, and future members on preferred lengths of shifts and shift times in order to propose a shift schedule that will accommodate the majority of Grainery members and keep the store open during our posted hours of operation. You can complete the survey online by clicking the link below or by going into the store and filling out a paper copy. It will take 5 minutes at the most.
